The included KeySpeaker application spells and reads text while you are typing in any Windows program. > Speech Application reads any typed text and any text file, in the specified language. Text can be read sentence by sentence or spelled out character by character. There is full control over voice parameters such as reading speed, volume, pitch and voice dynamics.

> A Graphical Equalizer enables adjustment of the acoustical features of each voice. Microsoft SAPI control tags may be used for changing voice parameters within a text.

> User Lexica can be built and edited to change the pronounciation of any word. It's also possible to use phonetic transcriptions directly in the text to quickly modify the pronunciation of a word.

> KeySpeaker reads aloud during typing in any Windows application. The Text can be spelled, spoken word by word or sentence by sentence. KeySpeaker can also read whatever has been copied into the clipboard.

The compliancy with SAPI 4.0 guarantees that lots of programs can directly and effortlessly be used with Infovox Desktop. The output format is 16 bit PCM  at 16 kHz.
